All orders may be returned for a full refund, exchanged for store credit, or exchanged for a Created item of equal or lesser value within 30 days of receipt.

If your piece is broken within this 30-day period, we will gladly repair it at no charge. We are also committed to supporting our customers beyond this timeframe and will do our best to assist with pieces purchased within the past year.

To help ensure the longevity of your jewelry, please review our instructions on how to properly measure your wrist and correctly put on your bracelet. Wearing your jewelry as intended can help prevent unnecessary damage.

We recommend removing all jewelry before exposure to harsh chemicals or highly chlorinated water.

The following are not covered under warranty: normal wear and tear, failure to follow recommended jewelry care and cleaning instructions, lost or stolen items, damage caused by improper use, or items that have been altered by a third party.
