We happily accept returns within 30 days of receipt. All pieces must be unworn, in brand new condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Please note that every Created piece arrives with care instructions, including guidance on how to properly put on and remove your cuff bracelet. Failure to follow these instructions may result in damage to your piece and may render the item ineligible for return.
Return Options
- Refund to the original payment method (less any applicable shipping and/or restocking fees)
- Free return for store credit (issued as a gift card)
- Free exchange for an item of equal or lesser value
All wedding package sales are final sale.
Joy Collection Returns & Exchanges
Unworn Joy Collection items may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of purchase. All pieces must be unworn, in brand new condition, and returned in their original packaging.
